After a meticulous 10-year restoration and renovation, the post-Victorian 1915 Bories Cold Storage Plant, once the epicenter of the sheep farming industry and now designated a national landmark, breathes new life as a 57 room luxury hotel to provide globe- trotting guests an unparalleled experience. The property resurrected by fourth generation relatives of the plant’s founders, pays homage to its historic past by returning the building to its original industrial grandeur while using modern, green technologies to deliver all of the conveniences and comforts guests expect today.
