Chablé Yucatán launched the campaign “Cleaning for Wellness”. We invite you to discover the several strategic changes that are being applied to ensure guests and co-workers sense of security.
We know how important it is to instill confidence and a sense of security within our guests and co-workers. Therefore, we have implemented rigorous sanitary measures in all areas of our properties. These efforts are enhanced by our properties’ low density, privacy, and secluded accommodations that each guest will enjoy during their stay. There are at least 10 meters /33 ft. of separation between each Casita or Villa. This means guests can safely be on social distance, even when the properties are at full capacity. We want to inform you about the strategic changes we have implemented to the operational and cleaning methods:
Sanitization and Hygienic Standards:
Staff: Have undergone stringent sanitizing training courses, including personal hygiene, washing and disinfecting uniforms, and will follow strict measures during their work shift.
Guest Areas: Daily hygiene and disinfection records of disinfecting common areas and casitas or villas; we also disinfect with steam-based processes and biodegradable to guarantee the sanitization of sheets, towels, table linens and amenities.
Enhanced technologies:
We have added ozone generators to safely and unobtrusively disinfect guest rooms, lobbies, gyms and other public areas. This method eradicates bacteria, viruses and other allergens. After just some time after the operation, guests can enjoy fresh air and germ-free rooms.
Food Safety & Service:
We have added enhanced sanitation guidelines and training for all team members through a Servsafe certification that includes hygiene and disinfecting practices as well as safe food preparation and service practices. In Villa Dining service has been revised and reinforced, as this is a popular choice for guests. We have also added new take away options at the restaurants that also locals can enjoy.Our goal is to provide the best service to each guest, highlighting the commitment, quality and vocation of service that are part of our values.

Do you offer COVID-19 Test on Popery?
At Chablé Hotels we take this new travel requirement very seriously, we want you to feel as
comfortable as possible when preparing your return to the USA.
Therefore both Chablé Maroma and Chablé Yucatan have available certified clinics and doctors
that will go to the hotel and perform the test in the comfort of your villa or casita, and the results
will arrive directly to your email address within 24 hrs after the test has been taken.
To assist you with the appointment, we require the following information:
· Full name (as in the passport)
· Birth date
· Email address
· Two telephone numbers (including the telephone area code)
· Passport number
· Language
· Departure Flight details
This service will incur in an additional fee. The hotel will only be responsible for making the
appointment, the results are entirely between the guest and the clinic.
In case of a positive test result, we offer an individual casita or villa at a special rate. All food and
beverage services would be through our in villa dining service.

HOW FAR IS CHABLÉ YUCATÁN FROM CANCÚN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT?
Chablé Yucatán is situated 45 min south from Mérida Yucatan, around 3 hours and 45 minutes from Cancún International Airport. We recommend our clients to fly into Merida Airport.
HOW FAR IS CHABLÉ YUCATÁN FROM MERIDA AIRPORT?
Chablé Yucatán is situated in the heart of Yucatan’s Mayan forest, just 35 minutes from Merida International Airport.
DO YOU PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL?
Yes. Once the reservation is confirmed our guest experience manager arranges the transportation, which can be booked one way for or round trip. The cost from Merida Airport is $112usd each way. Or $905usd each way from Cancún International Airport.
DO YOU PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION BETWEEN CHABLÉ YUCATÁN AND CHABLÉ MAROMA?
Yes, combining both properties is one of the best ways to enhance the vacation experience. The recommendation is to stop for lunch in Valladolid or visit the Chichen Inztá Ruins on your way to Chablé Maroma. The price can variate depending on the chosen itinerary and outsource-vendor. The starting price is $550usd for a one-way nonstop transfer. Book you transfer ahead of time to ensure the best price available.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKES TO GET TO THE BEACH?
The closest beach is Progreso, located just one hour north of Chablé Yucatán. Celestún Biosphere Reserve is 1 hour and 30 minutes west from Chablé Yucatán, where guests can enjoy the flamingo migration during the winter.
WHEN IS THE BEST SEASON TO STAY AT CHABLÉ YUCATÁN?
Chablé Yucatán enjoys a hot, tropical climate throughout the year, with average highs ranging from late 20°Cs to early 30°Cs. The dry high season winter months of November to April are the best time to visit. Be aware of the hurricane season, (June to October) which brings with it heavy winds and rain, mostly only during the evenings.
