138 Student Living Jamaica Limited (138 SL) is a Jamaican company that provides safe, comfortable and affordable short term rental accommodation for both individuals and groups.
Based at the University of the West Indies (UWI) Mona campus, 138SL is surrounded by compelling scenery amidst our two main short term rental properties, namely The Gerald Lalor Flats and the George Allyene Hall.
THE GERALD LALOR FLATS
The Gerald Lalor Flats consists of 4 bedrooms in one flat, commonly called Quads. Each room has a single or double bed with en-suite bathroom, desk, chair, mini fridge, chest of drawers and closet. The common area of each Quad is shared with the 4 bedrooms and contains a comfortable lounge, cable tv and a fully equipped kitchenette. WiFi is freely available.
GEORGE ALLEYNE HALL
The George Alleyne Hall is a 12 bedroom flat that houses 6 single and 6 double occupancy rooms all with en-suite bathrooms. Each room has a desk, chair, mini fridge, chest of drawers and closet. The common area is shared among the 12 rooms and contains a lounge, cable tv, area for dinning and a fully equipped kitchenette. WiFi is freely available.

OTHER SERVICES
A Multi Purpose Room, with audio equipment, is available for conferences, banquets, seminars and meetings.
TRANSPORTATION
Our transportation service offers airport pick up and drop off for our guests as well as regular transportation around the Kingston metropole and beyond.
MEALS
Breakfast, lunch and dinner is available via our associated restaurant 5Spiced.
